VIP Publishing Power of Women Awards 2024: shareclub’s Founder Sarah Fliessbach nominated for Sustainability Category
VIP Publishing has announced the return of the eir Power of Women Awards, celebrating Ireland’s most influential female entrepreneurs. From fashion and beauty to technology, wellness, and sustainability, these awards highlight the women leading change in their industries.
The winners will be selected by a panel of experts and recognised at an event on November 8th at Dublin’s Marker Hotel. They will also be featured in VIP Magazine. Among the standout categories this year is the Sustainability Award, sponsored by Suir Engineering, which honours women whose businesses champion mindful production, environmental care, and sustainable solutions.

Founders of Drobey, a fashion rental platform aimed at making it guilt-free to keep up with fast-changing trends and experiment with new looks. They launched Drobey to bridge the gap they saw in Ireland’s rental market compared to the UK.
Ella de Guzman – Siopaella - https://www.siopaella.com/
After moving from Canada to Ireland, Ella set up Siopaella in Temple Bar in 2011. A fan of thrifting and vintage fashion, she created a consignment designer exchange store in Dublin that sells pre-loved luxury items, adored by buyers nationwide.

Winner of VISA Ireland’s 'She’s Next' program, Fiona launched her online breastfeeding brand to help new mothers feel more comfortable. The brand includes sustainable clothing designed to empower women on their breastfeeding journey.

Jess founded this Dublin-based refill store in 2019 with a zero-waste, package-free mentality. The store offers over 600 bulk foods, liquids, cleaning products, and personal hygiene items, encouraging customers to shop without single-use plastic.
Aisling Cullen – Thanks Plants - https://www.thanksplants.co/
Aisling, who has spent her life in the food industry, launched Thanks Plants in 2020. The brand offers a range of plant-based sausages, burgers, and roasts, promoting a meat-free diet to help the planet.
Nicola Connolly – Nunaïa - https://nunaia.com/
Inspired by her experiences living with local communities in the Galapagos, Amazon, and Andes, Nicola created Nunaïa. The skincare brand offers products made with ethically sourced, plant-based ingredients, certified organic and natural by Eco-cert COSMOS.
Fran Fogarty – LilyMais - https://www.lilymais.com/
Fran combines her passions for fashion, the environment, and the Dingle Peninsula in her sustainable fashion and art company, LilyMais. All products are circular and hand-made in their studio, focusing on upcycling materials like cotton towels.
